We have strict security policies, monitoring, firewalls, intrusion detection systems and anti-virus scanning, all to protect your data. All data is backed up daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly and copies are stored in an offsite vault. We maintain service contracts and keep spare equipment on-site to ensure quick recovery for critical hardware.

Please choose Trial Account if you are interested in testing the software for 30 days. Existing customers can choose paid account if they are reinstalling the software.

Trial accounts can be converted to paying accounts at anytime within the first 30 days.

The password and Encryption Key is your personal backup and restore Key, Never share your key with anyone, do not lose your key or forget it because you will not be able to recover your backups without the passwords that you set during the install of the software.

We are unable to retrieve your Key if you lose it or forget it. Keep it someplace safe!
