Active Policy Management/Pre-Review

PolicyBridge™ II features a powerful lexicon to identify sensitive information and can block, quarantine, log and automatically encrypt emails containing private data such as social security or credit card numbers.

Desktop and Gateway Encryption

The PolicyBridge™ II Suite offers two types of encryption. Corporate policies can be set to automatically encrypt messages that are identified in the scanning process as containing sensitive data, providing encryption at the gateway level. The suite also includes a plug-in for desktop-to-desktop or point-to-point encryption. No public key management is required and recipients can download a free reader to view messages.

Compliance

PolicyBridge™ II is fully compliant with SEC Rules 17a-3 & 17a-4, NASD 3010/3110, Sarbanes-Oxley, GLBA and HIPAA, and the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure. In addition, customers may elect to store their data in our SAS 70-certified data center.

Archiving

PolicyBridge™ II archives all internal, inbound and outbound email messages on WORM class media in a secure data center.
