History
Digital Info Security Company...
As a world-class service provider, DISC has developed a history comprised of strategic asset purchases and acquisitions. In April of 2005 DISC purchased FLI Technology from Fetter Logic, Inc. FLI Technologies was historically operated as the email archiving business unit within Fetter Logic. After investing additional money in the business and in infrastructure upgrades, including the addition of a state-of-the-art data center, DISC continued its efforts to stay at the forefront of the ever changing technology field. In order to obtain the most competitive email compliance and security product offering and to build its customer base, in May of 2007 DISC purchased PolicyBridge™ software and customer base from Patron Systems, Inc., and in July 2008, DISC purchased SecurScan™ (upgraded PolicyBridge™ code) technology and customer base from Encryptx Corporation, a BeCompliant Corporation. Today DISC’s PolicyBridge™ product stands out as a superior comprehensive email compliance and security solution.
While originally founded as an email archiving company, DISC has expanded its product suite to include a variety of other solutions, such as remote data backup, email encryption, instant message archiving, website hosting, online file storage and sharing, BlackBerry and iphone hosting, and data center rack space leasing. In effect DISC has become a 'one stop shop' for all of a company’s IT needs.
In April 2007, DISC entered the public arena when Digital Info Security Co, a Colorado corporation, merged with Digital Info Security Co, a Delaware corporation, to begin trading on the Pink OTC markets. DISC expanded its international presence in June of 2007 by acquiring office space in Singapore for its Asia-Pacific location.
